SHIPPING
Where does Ellery Beauty ship?Ellery Beauty currently only ships to Indonesia. However, we will be working to make international shipping a possibility in the future. Stay tuned!
We will process your order once payment has been made. Processing will take 1 – 2 business days and orders placed after 15.00 will be processed the next business day. It will take the shipping company 2 – 3 days to deliver the item to your front door.
What do I do if my package is lost?
Once the item is collected by the shipping company, Ellery Beauty has no control of what happens during the process.
As a tip, we suggest that you keep a note and check your tracking number regularly.

Are your products safe for everyone to use?
For sure! Our products are Halal certified and we strictly comply to the government’s guidelines and regulations – BPOM (Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan).
On top of that, we never test our products and ingredients on animals. We love them too much!!
